In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring on-timely and complete entering of orders Acknowledge orders for customers, provide about any delays of the shipment. Review and process change requests Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time Keep close contact with customer and sales organizations Process and issue invoices Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction Who You Are: Dedicated employee to provide liaison between sales offices-factory-customers, work together with country sales organization to reach high level of customer service.
