About the Role

: The Order Fulfilment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, from initiation to successful delivery. This role involves monitoring the order fulfillment process, identifying delays, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and prevent delays for improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a role that requires a proactive person who can work on their own initiative to drive sales orders through the system.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Facilitate scheduling of orders and resolve issues (holds, shortages, etc.) on the order.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (planning/purchasing/finance/program management/logistics) to ensure orders will ship per promise date.
  • Manages the Promise Date in Oracle for revenue forecasting and update consistently to reflect ship date communicated to customer.
