Are you an experienced supply chain and warehouse operations professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Head to lead our Order Fulfillment Center operations and ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee end-to-end Order Fulfillment Center operations.
* Ensure timely and accurate order processing, fulfillment, and shipment release.
* Manage distribution center operations, inventory control, and warehouse records.
* Oversee dispatch execution and transport coordination to meet delivery schedules.
* Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with operational standards.
* Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and service levels.
* Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Transport Management, and Commercial teams to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) targets.
