Who We Are Looking For
The Order Desk Team Trainer will be responsible for the coordination of and/or conducting training for the internal team members that are a part of the WebPT Support organization. The Trainer will train based on process documentation, partnering with Leadership to ensure that content is up-to-date and on-going training is performed to stay current with updated processes. This Trainer will work closely with leadership from other departments to ensure process documentation is supported throughout the organization. A successful candidate will have a passion for training and will be responsible for setting the tone for our support team new hire's onboarding experience.
