Our client is a global leader in industrial heating equipment, and they are immediately seeking a temporary Order Desk Coordinator to help them through their busy season!  

Responsibilities:
  • Manage ERP systems and order data for all incoming customer orders.
  • Prepare, issue, and track client invoices.
  • Respond to and resolve client billing inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry and correct billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update sales orders through the order lifecycle.
  • Clearly and efficiently communicate with customers through phone and email.
  • Help solve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Actively work to meet customers’ needs and create a positive experience.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Industrial Customer Service is preferred.
