JOB SUMMARYThe Order Desk Administrator is responsible for coordinating all order desk activities and ensuring BIOVECTRA sales orders are processed in a timely, professional, and error-free manner. This role provides customer service to both internal and external customers while supporting administrative and operational needs.Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders from PO receipt to shipment and billing within defined timelinesCollaborate with Sales and Marketing CSR to review and approve orders before postingManage backorder reports to ensure deadlines are met and all parties are informedMaintain customer master files and ensure documentation is retainedEnforce approved credit terms for each customerReview and approve transportation invoices related to outgoing shipmentsManage special requests from customs or other government organizationsProvide support to Administrative Services Department as ...
