JOB SUMMARYThe Order Desk Administrator is responsible for coordinating all order desk activities and ensuring BIOVECTRA sales orders are processed in a timely, professional, and error-free manner. This role provides customer service to both internal and external customers while supporting administrative and operational needs.Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders from PO receipt to shipment and billing within defined timelines
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing CSR to review and approve orders before posting
  • Manage backorder reports to ensure deadlines are met and all parties are informed
  • Maintain customer master files and ensure documentation is retained
  • Enforce approved credit terms for each customer
  • Review and approve transportation invoices related to outgoing shipments
  • Manage special requests from customs or other government organizations
