Job Description

Main Task:

  • Monitoring finished goods and follow up shipment status of orders
  • Team up with Production and Packing to schedule loading and delivery plans.
  • Keep customers and sales teams updated on delivery schedules.
  • Follow up on customer payments, issue invoices, and work with Finance to release orders.
  • Monitor warehouse stock levels and charge storage fees for overdue orders.
  • Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, or Engineering background
  • Hav experience in Order Management, Sales Admin, or Logistics.
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java
