Job Description

NOV Rig Technologies is looking for a customer‑focused Order Coordinator to join our Spare Parts Support Team in Kristiansand. This role requires a person who enjoys working with customers, has excellent communication skills, is comfortable with numbers, and takes ownership of their work from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Register, process, and follow up spare parts orders for both external and intercompany customers.
• Serve as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the entire order process, from order entry to final delivery.
• Coordinate activities across multiple internal departments to ensure efficient order execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and excellent customer service.
