We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Online Shop Assistant to manage daily online store operations. The candidate will handle customer queries, process orders, and assist in packing and dispatching products.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Website
- Confirm and process customer orders
- Pack products carefully and prepare for delivery
- Update product information and stock records
- Coordinate with courier services for delivery
- Maintain record of daily orders and sales
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to use WhatsApp and Facebook
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and honest person
- Experience in online store (preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs25, Rs30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
