Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Online Shop Assistant to manage daily online store operations. The candidate will handle customer queries, process orders, and assist in packing and dispatching products.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Website
  • Confirm and process customer orders
  • Pack products carefully and prepare for delivery
  • Update product information and stock records
  • Coordinate with courier services for delivery
  • Maintain record of daily orders and sales

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to use WhatsApp and Facebook
  • Good communication skills
  • Responsible and honest person
  • Experience in online store (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
