Check and dispose the abnormal and fix orders from IKEA; Act on order cancellation & rescheduling or other order management after aligned with SP; Proceed booking process to IKEA based on the standard; Timely release packing list and invoice for consignments dispatched; Monitor EQU & OTD compliance, deviation analysis and action taken; Backlogs analysis together with Customs and SCO; Daily GPS management to ensure the correct information transmission; Damage claim from IKEA handling; Other reports preparing if needed.
