  • Check and dispose the abnormal and fix orders from IKEA;
  • Act on order cancellation & rescheduling or other order management after aligned with SP;
  • Proceed booking process to IKEA based on the standard;
  • Timely release packing list and invoice for consignments dispatched;
  • Monitor EQU & OTD compliance, deviation analysis and action taken;
  • Backlogs analysis together with Customs and SCO;
  • Daily GPS management to ensure the correct information transmission;
  • Damage claim from IKEA handling;
  • Other reports preparing if needed.

  • Qualification
  • 3 years of order management experience at least;
  • Good at English both in writing and speaking skills;
  • Excellent analytical ability of demands and overall knowledge of logistics process;
  • Skillful in office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
