Orange Door Hub Practitioner - Individuals Using Violence

We're supporting a public health service to find experienced Orange Door Hub Practitioners to join a well-established team based in Werribee/Footscray 📍

In this role, you'll primarily work with individuals who use violence, focusing on risk management, safety planning, assessment, and referrals to appropriate supports 🤝

The role:

  • Approx 3 mth contract with potential to extend or go perm🔁

  • 0.8 - Full-time hours

  • Hybrid model: onsite with 2 days WFH 🏢🏠

  • Location: Werribee/Footscray

  • SCHADS Level 5 - $61-$64 per hour + super 💰
