Key Responsibilities

Functional Architecture & Solution Design

• Design creative and scalable Oracle Utilities solutions that meet business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Serve as a techno‑functional expert across:
• Customer Care & Billing (CCB)
• Customer to Meter (C2M)
• Meter Data Management (MDM – Oracle/Siemens)
• Service Order Management (SOM)
• Smart Grid Gateway (SGG)
• Operational Device Management (ODM)
• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops, business discussions, and solution design sessions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guidelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between the business, IT teams, and implementation partners.
