Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Remote (Kochi, Kerala)

Full-Time

Experience: 7+ Years

Budget: ₹30–35 LPA


Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in at least 2–3 modules: Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, OTL, Benefits, or ORC.
  • Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, Fast Formulas, BPM Workflows, REST APIs, Redwood, VBS, and OIC.


Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Configure HCM modules and develop reports, data loads, and integrations.
  • Build HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP/OTBI reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Manage workflows, integrations, and technical customizations.
