Oracle Technical Consultant

The Team Lead/Senior Consultant liaises with project teams and client/stakeholders to evaluate the implementation of Cloud solutions using HCM and Talent Management products. Team Lead is responsible for performing project activities and monitoring its progress, related to requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, system design and core table setup, testing and training in support of Oracle HCM modules. Team Lead provides project status/inputs to the Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan is developed and manages day-to-day client(s) relationship.
