Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle databases and applications.
Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Oracle software and related tools.
Conduct performance tuning and system optimization to ensure efficient operations.
Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and security protocols in compliance with IT standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and submit regular system performance reports.
Collaborate with functional and ministry teams to deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals.
Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to strengthen the technical capability of staff.
Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies, while integrating continuous improvement with stewardship principles.
