- Handle incidents, service requests, and user queries
- Resolve complex GTM incidents and P1/P2 issues
- Troubleshoot GTM configurations and compliance rules - Sanction screening,Restricted party screening,Item classification, Export control screening
- Support GTM integrations with Oracle EBS/Fusion
- Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes
- Coordinate with Oracle Support
