Key Responsibilities Lead AMS functional support (L2/L3) Handle complex business issues and escalations Provide support across: Item & Foundation Data Inventory & Replenishment Pricing & Costing ReSA / ReIM Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues Coordinate with technical team for data fixes Support UAT Guide business users and conduct trainings Ensure SLA compliance and reporting Required Skills Strong functional knowledge of MFCS modules Experience in retail finance flow (ReSA/ReIM/Stock Ledger) Good understanding of retail business processes Ability to handle client communication
