Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to take ownership of end-to-end development, integration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires strong technical capabilities with Oracle HCM modules, especially in areas like HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support integrations using:
  • HCM Data Loader (HDL)
  • HCM Extracts
  • Oracle HCM APIs
  • Perform data conversions, technical configurations, and interface developments.
  • Create and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
