Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

•  Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more Oracle Fusion solutions assigned

•  Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches

•  Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue

•  Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions

•  Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module

•  Learn 1 or more Oracle Fusion solutions and act as back-up whenever required

•  Provide standby or back-up support whenever required

•  Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required

Required Skills (Must have):

•Atleast 3-5 years of implementation / AMS experience in any of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
