Join Huron as a Senior Consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting and Onboarding in the U.S. or Canada. Lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions that effectively streamline hiring and onboarding processes.
In this role, you will oversee the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud while serving as a subject matter expert on requisition management and onboarding journeys. Partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders, you'll translate needs into Oracle solutions, support full lifecycle implementations, and ensure integration with other HR modules.
