  • Oracle HCM Functional Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud across modules such as: Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Compensation.
  • Deep understanding of HR business processes covering the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
  • Ability to perform end-to-end configuration of selected HCM modules.
  • Handle production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancement/change requests. Functional knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts for reporting and data needs. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Skills
