Oracle HCM Fusion

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage HCM Data Loader (HDL) for bulk data uploads, mass updates, and data corrections.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex business rules, validations, eligibility criteria, and calculations.
• Design and develop reports using BI Publisher to support operational, compliance, and analytical reporting needs.
• Build and manage outbound interfaces using HCM Extracts to integrate Oracle HCM with downstream systems.
• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Core HR modules including workforce structures, person management, and employment lifecycle events.
• Support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) processes such as requisitions, candidate management, offers, and onboarding integrations.
• Troubleshoot data issues and system defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
