Our client, based in Pretoria, is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist to join their team on a 12-month renewable contract.

This is an onsite role requiring a strong functional background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.

Qualifications and Experience Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Information Systems, or Organisational Management) 3–5 years’ experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist in project and/or support environments Oracle HCM Cloud certification advantageous Oracle EBS functional experience advantageous Experience with regression testing, quarterly updates, and UAT coordination Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL/CAB change management processes Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success Duties & Responsibilities Provision of day-to-day func...
