• We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration across HR processes and providing functional support to business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation and enhancement of Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules.
• Configure enterprise structures, workforce structures, jobs, positions, and person management in Core HR.
• Manage recruiting setup, requisition templates, job offers, and candidate management processes in ORC.
