We're looking for an Oracle HCM Developer to support, enhance, and maintain Oracle HCM applications. This role involves hands-on development, integrations, and configuration across key modules like Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and Compensation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support enhancement and maintenance tasks for Oracle HCM products.




  • Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot using Oracle tools and scripts while following established standards.




  • Collaborate closely with other developers, analysts, and the HCM Technology Manager.




  • Provide timely and reliable production support, handling technical issues across Oracle HCM modules.
