Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Resource (OIC Specialist)


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Resource with 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM and 10 years in Oracle EBS R12 HCM modules,, and proven OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) skills. The role focuses on technical development, integrations via OIC, and customizations for all HCM modules, based 100% onsite at our client location in Abu Dhabi, UAE.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain RICE objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) across all Fusion HCM modules: Core HR (Global HR, Workforce Records), Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Learning), Compensation (Payroll, Benefits), Workforce Management (Time & Labor, Absences), and others (Analytics, Self-Service).
  • Leverage OIC for HCM integrations: Design, build, and monitor integrations with third-party apps, EBS sy...
