JD :-

Technology : Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Roles and responsibilities:

Must have direct client interaction experience

Minimum three end-to-end implementations as a Functional HCM professional

Expertise in at least Two (2) Oracle Fusion HCM modules in functional capacity . Payroll or compensation and benefit experience is added advantage.

Implementation experience of 2 -3 Modules, with experience on integrations.

Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own

Not a Business User or Support Team User

Exposure to technical areas (SQL, PL/SQL, Java, etc.) would be an added advantage

implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll module) with experience in Compensation & Benefits would be added advantage.

Skills in implementation in multi geographies would be an added advantage

Excellent documentation / reporting writing skills

Positive attitude and open to learn
