Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (Peterborough)

12-month contract with potential extensions.

Starts part time (~20 hours per week), with opportunity to transition to full-time after first 2–3 months.

Hourly Rate: $80-$90/hr T4A.

What they’re looking for:

• 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support
• Strong hands‑on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding
• Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations
• Strong background in requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and system configuration
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes
