12‑month contract with potential extensions. Starts part‑time (~20 hours per week) with the possibility to transition to full‑time after 2–3 months. Hourly rate: $80‑$90/hr T4A.

What they’re looking for

  • 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support.
  • Solid hands‑on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and system configuration.
  • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes.
