Required Experience & Skills
Oracle CX / CRM Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in complex enterprise environments.
- 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration and administration.
Hands-on experience with:
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Service Requests
- Opportunities
Oracle Configuration Experience
- Application Composer
- Page Composer
- Sandboxes
