Job Description: ERP Analyst III (Oracle EBS – HR & Payroll)
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll across multi-country environments
- Gather business requirements, configure systems, and deliver process improvements
- Lead testing, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing production support
- Ensure global payroll, tax, and labor compliance
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Development teams to resolve issues and enhance systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll
- Strong knowledge of global HR and multi-country payroll operations
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and integrations
- Proven ability in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
