The IBM Public Sector Fulfillment Team is seeking an Oracle Finance Process Expert for a remote contract opportunity. This role will require some travel to Ottawa.

• Work with a team to document L2 and L3 finance processes related to HR and Payroll
• Facilitate and attend workshops with client side subject matter experts to identify nuances to L2 and L3 processes as a result of a dual HR/pay system operating model
• Support synthesis of workshop outputs into final deliverables
• Review deliverables for subject matter accuracy

Mandatory Requirements

• Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance – Reliability Status or higher
• Experience in developing and guiding process design of payment, finance and HR solution
