Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Oracle EBS technical development across R12.1+ environments.
  • Design, develop, and support RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
  • Provide technical expertise across Oracle EBS modules including OM, AR, AP, GL, INV, and IBY .
  • Support and optimize end-to-end business processes such as Order to Cash (O2C) and Supply Chain .
  • Perform performance tuning , troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Monitor and resolve scheduled job failures and production issues.
  • Work in SLA-driven support environments and manage tickets efficiently.
