Job Description

Position: Functional Consultant – Oracle HRMS & Payroll
Experience Required: 4+ years
Location: On-site

Responsibilities

  • Manage HRMS & Payroll setups and configurations.
  • Support Oracle Self-Service HR, Payroll cycles, and custom apps.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and functional analysis.
  • Write BRDs, MD50s, and functional test scripts.
  • Conduct UAT, training, and support HR/payroll operations.
  • Work closely with APEX & OAF teams for custom app enhancements.

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of Oracle HRMS and Payroll processes.
  • Knowledge of Oracle module integrations.
  • Must have done at least two ERP implementations .
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • BSCS / MBA / HR / M.Com or relevant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs320,000.00 per month
