Job Description
Secure a part-time Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant role with Insight Global, focusing on configuration and enhancement of key HR modules. Ideal candidates have strong implementation experience.
This 12-month contract offers the potential for full-time transition after 2–3 months, starting at about 20 hours per week. We seek professionals with 7–9+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM, hands-on experience in Core HR, as well as Absence and Compensation modules. An ability to collaborate with HR and IT teams to drive system improvements is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT for ongoing improvements
• Support payroll integrations and processes
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and system configuration
• Test and troubleshoot system issues as needed
