  • Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand financial processes and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle EPM products (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation, Essbase).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior EPM consultants and developers.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and governance in EPM solution delivery.
  • Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle EPM applications.
