Salary and Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: 118,700 - 145,100 CAD annually (based on a 35-hour workweek)
  • Annual Bonus Target: 15% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target, subject to personal and company performance
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP): Intact matches 50% of your net shares; share plan and other savings up to 12% of salary or more
  • Pension: defined benefit plan providing guaranteed income for life
