Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end bid process for Oracle EBS and Cloud based opportunities (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, etc.)
- Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and analyze customer requirements to identify win themes and proposal strategy.
- Develop bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation for proposal creation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Oracle teams to gather functional, technical and commercial inputs.
- Write, review, and edit proposal content including executive summaries, scope, solution descriptions, methodology, governance etc.
- Ensure alignment of proposals with Oracle's product capabilities and customer requirements.
- Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and past submissions.
- Track proposal status, outcomes, and contribute to post-bid reviews and lessons learned.
