The Lead Analyst will serve as a for financial analytics services using enterprise customer telecom expense management (TEM) solutions. The Wireless team is responsible for analyzing US telecommunication costs using TEM software applications and working closely with Sakon customers based in the United States. Important metrics include process design, customer engagement and relationship management, customer satisfaction and SLAS compliance, inventory management. The Lead Analyst will be accountable for the performance, quality, resource planning, and meeting/exceeding contractual service level agreements (SLAs). The Lead Analyst will have overall accountability for the transition of new end user customers to GSG service delivery.
