📍 Location:move to LTTS base locations – Chennai, Bangalore & NCR
Responsibilities
- Drive 3G RAN performance & optimization on Nokia platforms (Flexi BTS, RNC, OSS).
- Monitor & troubleshoot voice/data KPIs – accessibility, handovers, throughput, drop rates.
- Implement parameter tuning, feature activation, and configuration changes to boost network quality.
- Collaborate with Planning, Field & Core teams to meet quality objectives.
- Conduct benchmarking, cluster optimization & event analysis for high-traffic zones.
- Support software upgrades, audits & feature testing.
- Mentor team members on Nokia 3G optimization best practices.
