We’re looking for a talented #3GRANOptimizationConsultant to join our team.
Location: move to LTTS base locations – Chennai, Bangalore & NCR
Responsibilities
Drive 3G RAN performance & optimization on Nokia platforms (Flexi BTS, RNC, OSS).
Monitor & troubleshoot voice/data KPIs – accessibility, handovers, throughput, drop rates.
Implement parameter tuning, feature activation, and configuration changes to boost network quality.
Collaborate with Planning, Field & Core teams to meet quality objectives.
Conduct benchmarking, cluster optimization & event analysis for high-traffic zones.
Support software upgrades, audits & feature testing .
Mentor team members on Nokia 3G optimization best practices .
Skills
Strong knowledge of Nokia 3G RAN architecture (WBTS, RNC, NodeB, Iub, Iu-CS/PS).
Hands-on with NetAct, NPO, Metrica & KPI dashboards .
Deep understanding of 3G KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Integrity, Availability)...
