Optician

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform OCT imaging per study protocols
  • Prepare patients for ophthalmic procedures
  • Ensure imaging quality meets sponsor standards
  • Upload, label, and manage imaging data
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment
  • Assist research staff during patient visits
  • Document procedures and maintain source records
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and protocols
  • Coordinate with research staff on scheduling and flow

    • Qualifications

  • 1+ year as an Optician, Ophthalmic Technician or Assistant
  • MUST hands-on OCT imaging experience

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hattiesburg, MS.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
