Position: OPT Recruiter

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Experience: 1–5 years

Responsibilities:


  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US IT positions across multiple visa categories (OPT, H1B, H4-EAD, F1, GC, US Citizens).
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates and maintain consistent communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database and submit qualified profiles to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on US IT recruitment trends and visa regulations to provide informed guidance to candidates.
