To be successful as an Ops Transformation Lead you should have experience with:

  • The role requires the candidate to be an expert in Lean Six Sigma
  • Candidate should have working knowledge of Automation (project delivery lifecycle) including impact assessment on parameters like risk & controls, cost vs benefit / business case preparation, supporting automation performance analysis
  • Minimum process re-engineering / transformation related experience
  • Understanding of Banking processes
