Description
The Support Representative, Shipment Resolution, resolves problems and return shipments within the assigned terminal in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prep outbound freight
- Data entry of inbound return shipments
- Preparation of manifest
- Check-in Check-out procedure
- Returns process and Beacon Entry
- Liason with US and Canada customs
- Contact customers or colleagues to obtain and enter package information or resolve delivery issues
- Scan, sort, and reorganize undelivered freight and process freight damages
- Prepare packages for redelivery (tracking data, labels, repackaging, etc.)
