Job Description
The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the late-night - Core Team. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support.
**Responsibilities:**
+ This role is an individual contributor which involves supporting and mentoring a small Operation Support team through delegating daily tasks and responsibilities as well as recommending new work procedures to help streamline operations
+ Be a subject matter expert in the process & conduct training, monitor quality and quantity of team work
