  • Capacity Ramp Management

    • a. Lead factory capacity ramp planning and execution to support production demand.

    b. Develop ramp schedules, resource plans, and recovery actions.

    c. Monitor capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and output performance.

    d. Coordinate line readiness, equipment installation, qualification, and staffing plans.

    e. Drive ramp readiness reviews with stakeholders.

  • Program & Project Management

    • a. Manage end-to-end program timelines, milestones, and risks.

    b. Track project deliverables and ensure execution aligns with business goals.

    c. Lead cross-functional meetings and action follow-ups.

    d. Escalate critical issues and drive closure plans.

    e. Support business continuity and contingency planning.
