Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Operations Agent is to issue freight quotations and to organize and coordinate the transportation of assigned shipments while ensuring customer requirements are met.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide freight quotations to existing and potential partners

  • Make bookings with airlines and the Gateway center

  • Process, manage, and distribute all required documentation related to transportation

  • Organize pickup and delivery of shipments

  • Handle and manage claims and exceptions

  • Identify supplier/subcontractor performance issues and propose improvement solutions

  • Monitor shipments and ensure smooth execution of delivery

    • Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in forwarding, logistics, or transport operations

  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
