<p>This is an interview position.<br><br><br><br>Supports station/call centre operations and management in all aspects of business and office procedures including liaison with internal and external customers, suppliers and employees. Co-ordinates all administrative aspects of the station/call centre and directly assists senior manager in achievement of departmental goals.<br><p><strong>This is a temporary position for upto 6 months</strong></p><br /><p>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p><p>High school diploma/educational equivalent with secretarial courses or business college training preferred.</p><p>Two (2) years experience in a customer contact environment of which one (1) year is in a secretarial/administrative role.</p><p>Standard level MS Excel, Word.
