Job Description
This role is a dynamic mix of field operations, administrative management, and personnel development. You will be the primary bridge between the head office and our Department Store (DS), ensuring that sales targets are met, inventory is accurate, and our Sales Associates (SAs) are properly monitored.
Core Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management & Turnover Oversight
- Must be willing to travel frequently to out-of-town locations to manage physical stock counts.
- Lead and document the formal turnover process of stocks when a Sales Associate resigns or transfers.
- Assist in reconciling inventory records with physical counts and investigate any variances during the turnover process.
2. Stakeholder & Mall Relations
- Assist with Store management regarding floor space, stockroom issues, and mall-specific promotions, coordinate with Operations Supervisor & Operations Manager.
